My stay at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand was quite a mixed bag. The location was absolute perfection, right across from the Garnier Opera, which I loved. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially when I had issues with the in-room wifi and received slow responses from staff. Still, the luxurious ambiance and breakfast at Cafe de la Paix were definitely highlights.
I had a pretty good stay at Intercontinental Paris Le Grand, with an unbeatable location right next to the Opera Garnier and great cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, I bumped into a noise issue since my room was adjacent to a service area, and my request to change rooms didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. Overall, it was decent, but if they improved customer service a touch, it would really elevate the experience.
