WOW! Best Stay EVER!!!

gorgeous hotel luxurious decor comfortable room perfect balcony

My daughter and I had the BEST Thanksgiving night here. The hotel is gorgeous and luxurious!!! I booked a Classic Queen Room Balcony. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a balcony that overlooked Boulevard des Capucines. Our bathroom had robes, slippers, and wash cloths!!!

The machinery and pipes noises during 6-7am every morning were quite loud. I was never able to figure out where they came from, but I am certain it's in the room. It disrupted sleep badly.

Katherine completed the pre-check-in process with me and was very friendly. She complimented my French skills. The hotel stored our bags for the day until check-in time. Welcome amenities were delivered to our room in the evening. WOW!

I appreciated the big comfortable bed in my room! The staff gave extras including a cake for a birthday. I found the location central.

I thought the room was small. The heating was not working correctly. The shower was uncomfortable.
